Ehkam e shariyat ka na karna alag baat hai magar iska inkar karna kufr hai.
Jaise :
Allah ka hukum hai ke namaz padho.
Agar koi insaan namaz nahi padah to gunehgar hoga.
Magar namaz ka inkar [jaise namaz padna zarori nahi etc ka kehna] kufr hai.
Gunah k gunah samaj ke gunah karliya to alag baat hai, Agar koi Insaan gunah ko gunah hi na samjhe ye kamzor iman ki nishani hai.
Be careful what you say,
kufrana alfaz kehne se bacho kahin kufrana alfaz tumhe kafir na banaden.
Aksar log Takaleef o Musibat ke waqt kufrana alfaz keh bait’te hain. Aur chand log apne iman ki kamzori ki wajah se baiteh baiteh aise hi kufrana alfaz kehdete hain. Jab ke inko pata hi nahi rehta ke inhone kya kehdiya aur iska natija kitna khatarnak [Jahannum] hai.
Kufrana alfaz Jaise :
1) Janbooj kar pore hosh o hawas mein kehna.

3) Anjane mein kehna phir ghalti ka ehsas hona, phir tauba kar lena.

4) Kufrana alfaz kehdiya magar isko maloom hi nahi ke ye kafirana Alfaz hain, Aur agar kehdiya to kya kafir hojayega?

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him say something good, or else remain silent.”

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Most of the sins of the children of Adam are on their tongues.”
Ibn Mas’ud said, “O tongue! Speak goodness and be rewarded, or remain silent and be safe, lest you become regretful.”

Sufyan bin ‘Abdullah Thaqafi said:
“I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, tell me of something that I can adhere to.’ He said: ‘Say: “Allah is my Lord,” then stand straight (adhere steadfastly to Islam).’ He said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is the thing that you fear most for me?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took hold of his own tongue, then he said: ‘This.’”

Not a single word is uttered by one but there is a watcher near him, ready (to record). [Quran 50:18]

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A man utters a word pleasing to Allah without considering it of any significance for which Allah exalts his ranks (in Jannah); another one speaks a word displeasing to Allah without considering it of any importance, and for this reason he will sink down into Hell."

O Allah! Forgive me my mistakes; protect me from the evil of my lack of knowledge, ignorance and injustice in my affairs and safeguard me from every harm and evil, of which You are aware far greater than I. You are the One Who causes people to progress and regress and only You are Powerful over all things.
